On the Coals Lobster Blinis I Kasai Grills
Method
Take things fancy for your gatherings with these simple blinis that have the wow factor.
Shallot Butter
- Melt the butter and add the shallot and garlic.
- Cook very gently over a low heat until soft.
- Add the spices and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
Blinis
- Skewer the lobster tail and brush with oil, season with maldon.
- Place onto your grill and cook for 7-8 minutes, brushing with the shallot butter every time you turn it.
- Remove from the grill and allow to rest.
- Place your blinis unto the grill and lightly toast each side.
- Slie cthe lobster tail into 12 pieces.
- Top each blini with a little crème fraiche, a slice of lobster and a sprig of bronze fennel.
