Changed Your Mind?

If you decide you don't want your product after delivery, notify us within 30 days for a refund of the product cost. This exceeds your statutory rights, which offer a 14-day cooling-off period for online sales.

How to Cancel

Returning Your Product

If you return the product unused and in its original packaging, and we can resell it as new, you'll receive a full refund. You can inspect the product as you would in a store but handle it with care. If the product is used or handled beyond necessary inspection, we may issue a partial refund or charge for the reduction in value.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of item collection.

Additional Information
  • Next Day Delivery: Cancelling next-day delivery orders is difficult. You can either refuse delivery or accept it and then arrange a return.
  • • Exchanges: For exchanges, we'll collect the old item when delivering the new one. Standard delivery charges apply, but there's no additional collection fee. All return terms also apply to exchanges.
Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please refer to the "If Products are Faulty" section for assistance.
