Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Wherever possible we'll deliver from our UK stock. Where delivery from stock isn't possible shipment will come directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times given are only estimates. Next Day delivery is only offered on UK mainland orders received by 3pm Monday to Thursday and by 1:30pm on Friday and is a next working day delivery service. Orders made after these times will be shipped the following working day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. kasaigrills is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@kasaigrills.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you return the product unused and in its original packaging, and we can resell it as new, you'll receive a full refund. You can inspect the product as you would in a store but handle it with care. If the product is used or handled beyond necessary inspection, we may issue a partial refund or charge for the reduction in value.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of item collection. If there's a collection charge, it will be deducted from your refund, so there's no upfront collection fee.
