On the Coals Ribeye Steaks & Bacon Wrapped Asparagus I Kasai Grills

Method

Season the steaks with some sea salt and leave in the fridge preferably over night.

 

Light up the grill and while it’s heating up get out the asparagus and and wrap in bacon and dust with your favorite bbq rub and then place a few pieces on skewers.

 

Once the charcoal has heated up take your steaks out of the fridge and place directly on grill and use the flip method to cook them moving to a different section of the grill each time to help get a nice crust on both sides. When steak is nearly at desired temp place the asparagus on the grill and cook until asparagus is tender and bacon is crispy.

 

Romove steak when it hits just below your target temp and rest before slicing.

  • Piece of steak per person
  • 12 x Slices your favourite bacon
  • 6 x Asparagus spears snapped into two
